According to a recent report released by Forbes, Short Hills has the third-highest median asking price for homes in New Jersey.
The study, based on the past 90 days, found that homes in Short Hills had a median asking price of nearly $2M. Short Hills ranks #105 nationwide and trails only Alpine and New Vernon in New Jersey.
